Our Video Conferencing Rates


Use of OUR venue which includes our ISDN lines, technician on standby and complementary teas/coffees are included. Please confirm the number of delegates as our venues differ country-wide in seating capacity.

A Non refundable Deposit of 50% (min R570) is required to secure your booking. This deposit is to be paid at least 18 working hours before your conference. Prices quoted are INCLUDING VAT. The price of the call is applicable only to OUR outgoing calls and is linked to Telkom rates.

Off site venues: Hotels and your venue (subject to suitability and prior approval). Hire of Video Conferencing equipment in Sandton, Umhlanga or Constantia, at your well lit venue Arranging of adequate Telkom ISDN lines billed at R1,250 per line installed. Telkom ISDN lines need to be ordered by us 5 working days in advance.
Top End VC unit with XGA inputs, multi-conferencing capabilities IP and ISDN. Rate is per day. R3950
Additional cost per hour of Technician (during office hours) - optional, a/h at 50% surcharge R650
Delivery and setup (within 15km radius of our offices) thereafter further R2.50 per KM R950
